Job Description:
- To manage a team of Client Development VPs, Managers, and Executives across 4 U.S. offices requiring substantial travel (approximately 40-50%)
- To achieve revenue and gross margin goals for the U.S. business
- To report on-going to senior management regarding the performance of the U.S. business
- To establish objectives for the U.S. team and to manage the process of objective setting, feedback, and performance appraisals
- To help the U.S. team develop client accounts to their full potential, through a consultative approach, listening to the client and implementing solutions that fit their needs
- To run account reviews in the U.S. and ensure a thorough and strategic approach to developing and managing accounts
- To help the U.S. team develop and apply deep knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques in the U.S. and international markets
- To advise the U.S. team on a wide range of written proposals, following client requests, to use our online fieldwork and panel services
- To work closely with Operations to ensure successful delivery to our customers and a very high level of customer satisfaction
- To represent Research Now at professional conferences and to deliver presentations at these conferences when needed
