- Fiona Blades, Mesh Planning, UK. Winner of Best Paper and Best New Thinking Award at MRS' Awards Dinner. She will speak about ”Capturing how a catch phrase caught on”.
- John Kearon, Brainjuicer, UK. Repeats his presentation about the need for failure from ESOMARs world congress in Montreal 2008.
- Marc Drüner resides at the border between market research and the future. Will there be new areas to research with new methods or will Google make the entire research industry obsolete?
